Our delivery personnel do not have the authority to accept returned goods at your doorstep. It will cause significant delay and complication in the resolution process. In the worst case scenario, we may not be in the best position to initiate an investigation to offer a fair resolution.
What you should do:
1. Ensure the issue is properly documented and reported here immediately
2. Retain all items in original packaging to be eligible for warranty (subject to investigation) due to defects, mould or pest infestation
We aim to get back within one working day (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, excl PH) upon receiving your submission.
